Rolling
Stoppie
a. get up to about 50mph and practice stopping as fast
as you can without
getting the rear end up.
b. again start all the way forward in the seat gripping
the tank with your thighs. Start braking hard from about
50mph for the first couple of seconds brake hard enough
to compress the forks. (make SURE not to lock the front
tire)
c. increase braking significantly the back end should
come up.
d. slightly decrease the amount of brakes so the rear
end will stop riseing.
e. as you come to a stop release the brake at about 10-15mph

by the amount of brake you apply, the more brake the higher,
and the less the lower.
